When things get tough in business, what will your legacy be?

Part of our legacy is our children seeing us go through the hard times and seeing that it is not all about money.  Children and employees seeing us uphold integrity, honor and cheerfulness even through the difficult times is a valuable, powerful legacy.  Additionally, leaving behind a clear vision of a better future future – so much more than money; it’s improved relationships, taking responsibility, etc.

We encourage you to ask yourself the following questions:

• What legacy are you leaving behind?

• Do those around you have a clear picture of not only their own future, but also yours?

• What lessons can we pass on to those around us on a daily basis that will have the strongest impact on not only our own legacy but theirs?
