If you have ever been an employee of an organization that was bought, especially if you were bought by a large multinational public company, in most cases it is unbelievably painful. Not getting enough information in some cases, way too much in others and all of the stuff that unexpectedly happens can be very disruptive and counterproductive. Processes change, goals are dramatically altered, and it seems very arbitrary. It is devastating to morale.

Merging Companies

One of our clients has been bought by two different organizations in the last 10 years. Each time this has been painful and created a sense of distrust at all levels of the organization. We were hired to help assist in the recovery of relationships at all levels.

As usual, we were very successful in working with this client in healing up the morale and getting results back on track. We then continued to work with them to drive an even higher level of results globally.

However, the pain and agony of being acquired twice has paid off wonderfully.
