  • Larger ones as time progresses
  • Number of successes typically increases over time
• Increased abilities for those within the organization
• Increase of better habits
• Increased capabilities

Three things for you to consider when looking at your organization’s Strategic Plan:

• When was the last time your organization or team reviewed your Strategic Plan?
• When reviewing your strategic plan, did you and your teams review the successes and rechart your course to reach your goals?
• How often do you and your teams revisit its Strategic Plan to ensure you are not only on the right path but also to modify the direction, timing, or vehicles in which to get there?
