In this week’s video blog our expert guide, Don Hadley, discusses hiring and coaching effectively to prepare for 2015.

Themes we have seen over the last 10 years with the economy and businesses is that either the businesses experienced great growth or the experience great decline and downsizing and then growing again.

What we are seeing with leaders and what they are tell us is that they need to now start hiring better people and focusing on coaching more effectively. Doing this and working towards impacting or changing the mindsets of the organization’s culture are key aspects for success in 2015.
