Three things for you to consider when looking at your organization’s Strategic Plan, results and future:

• Do your teams know what the ingredients are?
• Does your organization have leaders and employees that know how to put these ingredients together to create success?
• Does your organization have systems and processes in place that help duplicate success and evolve over time?
