These powers are:

1. Thrill Power – the excitement team members and organizations have about the work, tasks, and goals they are trying to reach.
2. Still Power – the overall sense of peace that what is being done is the right thing and that everyone is working together.
3. Will Power (the most important power) – the will and discipline to persist through hard times and obstacles and continue doing the work, tasks, etc. to reach the goal.
