It is a huge mistake to base a decision or our actions based on what we think their intentions might be.  Rather than intentions, we need to look at the behavior, the actions.

• Are you focusing on the behavior and not the intention of a person?

• When coaching your leaders, how do you get them to focus on the relationships around them?

• Are you and your leaders direct when engaging others?
