– HIGH education but LOW experience (e.g. PhD’s with limited real world jobs)

– HIGH experience and capabilities with resistance to new ways of doing things.
The biggest obstacle we face as guides and as leaders are those individuals who are not open minded. Many times those individuals with high experience find it difficult to focus on any data that is not relatable, causing them to be close minded.
