Many times as business owners and leaders, we have difficulties making changes. Time and energy are wasted worrying about what will happen when these changes are made. These fears and worries prevent real change and progress to be made.
A great analogy for perspective of why we should push through these fears and worries is that of Chuck Yager and breaking the sound barrier. Fears arose that the vehicle may fall apart and Chuck could die or be hurt in the process. Once the sound barrier was broken, the shaking ceased and things smoothed out. The difference is overcoming the obstacles, fears, and worries, and moving on to smoother sailing.
